Trusted globally

Trusted by the world’s most ambitious brands, AirClad helps them bring space to life. Explore the projects redefining what’s possible.

  • In 2024, Harrods and architects Kendall Kingscott commissioned AirClad to create a unique fan-shaped pavilion on the rooftop of the iconic Knightsbridge store. A high-performance, modular pavilion that blends advanced engineering with premium materials; a space that reflects the prestige of Harrods while offering the flexibility to host a variety of curated experiences throughout the year.

  • IBM commissioned AirClad to create an event structure to showcase their new technology to partners and stakeholders in an aspirational setting. The venue needed to perform as a permanent building; with offices, cafe, reception area and breakout spaces inside. The structure had to pack down and tour key locations in Germany and flex in scale to suit a number of different sites.

  • AirClad helped Lexus drive forward and unveil the next chapter of the brand, ‘The Standard of Amazing’. Set against the iconic backdrop of Thomas Heatherwick’s Vessel at Hudson Yards, the 2025 NYCxDESIGN Design Pavilion by Lexus utilised an XPO10 DH4 to create an immersive experience that fused innovation, design and sensory interaction.

  • IWC Schaffhausen’s immersive pop-up event at Battersea Power Station celebrated their partnership with Lewis Hamilton. The event took place in an AirClad XPO10, situated in the heart of the newly developed Battersea area, this unique setup created a dynamic and engaging environment that felt at one with the iconic, rejuvenated architecture.

  • The very first AirClad structures made with Kertu timber Space Frames. The Volvo brief required AirClad to review and develop a lower carbon product for their new tour, the Kertu frames were developed from the exact XPO6 grid allowing cross over of all standard parts to minimise reproduction.

  • Puma challenged AirClad to develop the next generation of touring event systems, complimenting and potentially replacing their existing container based system. AirClad were able to create an expansive grid to compliment the containers while creating much larger spaces with greater internal flexibility. The icing on the cake was AirClad technology could deliver nearly 10x more space to one 40ft container.

  • Navigating excellence. Three years ago, AirClad was tasked with designing a two-storey touring event structure that could withstand the rigour of SailGP, setting a new standard in event architecture. Our designs combined functional modularity with aesthetics, creating memorable and engaging environments that left a lasting impression.
