Forvia at CES Las Vegas

XIP20 x 27.5

2023 saw AirClad create our largest, most ambitious project yet for Forvia at CES Las Vegas; a never-before-seen 20m wide, 30m long, two-storey structure.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the events industry, lead times can be short and this was no exception. In order to make the deadline for the project, AirClad brought together 3 generations of existing rental equipment alongside new bespoke components to create our largest ever structure in record time. Naturally, expectations remain high and the resulting impact of this XIP20 did not disappoint.

The structure was setup to accommodate $10 million USD of prototype automotive technology on the ground floor with premium meeting space on the first floor mezzanine; accessible by internal staircase for guests and serviced by a secondary external staircase for staff. A reception desk with open-plan waiting area at the front of the structure welcomed VIP guests by appointment only.

Our largest, most ambitious project yet for Forvia at CES Las Vegas; a never-before-seen 20m wide, 30m long, two-storey structure.

To the exterior of the structure, design features included a recessed fascia with 3D surround, double-height windows, side-access doors and 5m of eye-grabbing banner artworks.

Glass front and rear fascias, along with host of premium finishes ensured a first class experience all-round.

Delivered and installed on time and in budget.

Further Case Studies

Trusted by the world’s most ambitious brands, AirClad helps them bring space to life. Explore the projects redefining what’s possible.

  • In 2024, Harrods and architects Kendall Kingscott commissioned AirClad to create a unique fan-shaped pavilion on the rooftop of the iconic Knightsbridge store. A high-performance, modular pavilion that blends advanced engineering with premium materials; a space that reflects the prestige of Harrods while offering the flexibility to host a variety of curated experiences throughout the year.

  • AirClad helped Lexus drive forward and unveil the next chapter of the brand, ‘The Standard of Amazing’. Set against the iconic backdrop of Thomas Heatherwick’s Vessel at Hudson Yards, the 2025 NYCxDESIGN Design Pavilion by Lexus utilised an XPO10 DH4 to create an immersive experience that fused innovation, design and sensory interaction.

  • IBM commissioned AirClad to create an event structure to showcase their new technology to partners and stakeholders in an aspirational setting. The venue needed to perform as a permanent building; with offices, cafe, reception area and breakout spaces inside. The structure had to pack down and tour key locations in Germany and flex in scale to suit a number of different sites.
