Light weight aluminium structural frame which supports our pneumatic AirCells that ‘clad’ the structures.
Cross Braces
The folding frames securely connect together using AirClad cross braces which slide into our crafted Pucks mounted on the frames.
AirCells
Pressurised air cladding is a core element of the AirClad EXPRESS system. AirCells wrap around the frames, locking into Keder extrusions. Once pressurised, the cladding creates a Monocoque structure.
