To support this, our stillage and transport solutions are purpose-built around each structure, ensuring every component travels safely, operates efficiently, and stores securely between uses.

Our stillages are engineered to handle a variety of structure sizes and transport methods. Each unit works with curtain-side or open-backed trailers, allowing systems to be packed, secured, and forklifted on and off with ease. Their proportions allow multiple stillages to be loaded back to back, making every journey as efficient as possible.

On site, every detail is considered for speed and simplicity. Large SpaceFrames sit at the base and top, creating natural spaces for fascias, uprights, and door systems to slot between. Loading is carefully sequenced so each element is unloaded in the order it’s needed, minimising handling and keeping installation fluid.

When off-site or boneyard storage isn’t available, our stillages can be unbolted and flat-packed for compact storage. It’s all part of how AirClad keeps systems agile, secure, and ready for wherever they’re needed next.
