XIP

The XIP is a double height modular system designed to take AirClad events to a whole new level. The internal space can be configured with an internal mezzanine or left open to enjoy the 6m high, two-storey space.

The XIP System is 6m high as standard and available in a range of widths, from 10m to 25m. The XIP is modular in depth, extending away from the fascia in 2.5m and 3.5m increments. For maximum adaptability, XIP structures can be modified to join side by side – creating even wider spaces where necessary.

Following the same formula developed with the XPO System, the XIP is Designed for maximum efficiency in production, with details that negate the need for nuts and bolts in assembly. The core XIP package includes all parts required to assemble a sealed, secure space, ready for interior fit out.

Quality finishes create a premium feel, inside and out. The Space Frames and Cross Braces are double powder coated for durability in a choice of RAL colours. The Fascia uprights, as with the door frames, are finished in a premium, textured black powder coat. The integrated raised flooring has 150mm floor cavities to run electrics and AV cabling to preserve the clean aesthetic of the internal space. The 18mm plywood floor has a tough resin-coat and is ready for a range of internal floor finishes to make the space your own. A 5KPA loading ensures the XIP is ready for anything.

The mezzanine floor uses honeycomb resin board for lightness and the upper deck is accessible via a modular, aluminium stair system, unique to AirClad.

The front fascia on the XIP incorporates a double sliding door system and is supplied with a clip-on 1m deep ramp for easy access. The doors can be mounted in various positions along the 1m wide fascia grid. The rear fascia is fully closed as standard with doors available as an option. On the XIP, multiple double door systems can be used on one fascia. The upper fascia has opening windows or can be configured fully-open to create the feeling of being outdoors.

The XIP is proudly designed and produced in the EU and is engineered to Euro Code 13782.
